Have you tried Free Play Friday yet?

January 19, 2016 | Miss Sara

I have long believed that it’s always more fun to play with other people’s toys. In fact, I developed an entire library program for ages 0-5 around this belief.

– Free Play Friday –

which we offer every other Friday and which is coming up next on Friday, January 22!

The Milton Public Library offers Free Play Friday in partnership with the Milton Early Childhood Alliance. It’s a drop-in program that runs from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. What do you do there, you’d like to know? Well, we supply a variety of activities, including books, puzzles, games, blocks, an art activity, and a STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) station. Your job is to come to the Story Hour Room and play – and maybe make a new friend in the process!

If you’ve never come to Free Play Friday before, I hope you’ll come this Friday and give it a try!
