Hatch the Chicken: The Chicks Have Arrived!!

Peep! Peep! The Children’s Room is getting chicken eggs! Starting on April 19, the Story Hour Room will be the new home to our baby chicks as they wait to hatch in their incubator. Come by anytime that we are open to observe the hatching process, and be the first to say hello to our little chick friends when they finally break through their shells.

This program is part of Milton Grows: a year-long initiative for all ages focused on gardening and sustainability. Funded by the federal Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the MBLC, and supported by our partners Sustainable Milton and the Friends of the Milton Public Library.
