Always wondered about Tai Chi but didn’t know where to start, or if it was for you? Relaxed, easy postures and movements are used in this class to help develop more awareness of your body and allow for a more balanced and continuous flow of energy. You will gain greater joint flexibility, improved balance (of body and mind), and a sense of body wisdom to help you move smoothly and easily. This is done through a series of slow, flowing exercises that combine movement and meditation. Based on Chinese Martial Arts, Tai Chi supports memory, balance, and flexibility. For ages 10 through adult; all levels welcome.
This program requires registration and is limited to 30 participants. Offered in partnership with the Milton Council on Aging. To be held on the basketball court opposite the Council on Aging, at 10 Walnut Street, Milton.
