Perimenopause and midlife hormonal changes can affect weight, energy, sleep, mood, and overall well-being — yet many women don’t receive clear, practical guidance. In this educational workshop, Toyin Oladosu, FNP-C will discuss the hormonal shifts that occur during midlife, how they impact the body, and evidence-based strategies women can use to support their health. The session will include time for questions and open discussion.

This program is presented by Toyin Oladosu, FNP-C. Toyin is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, founder of Vital Path Health Solutions, and a member of The Menopause Society. She specializes in hormone optimization, weight and metabolic health, and midlife women’s wellness. Toyin supports women navigating perimenopause, PCOS, weight changes, low libido, and other hormone-related concerns using an individualized, evidence-based approach that complements each patient’s existing medical care. Through education, comprehensive hormone evaluation, and personalized care plans, she helps women understand their bodies, restore balance, and feel confident during midlife transitions.
