An informal knitting group will meet online which offers an opportunity for people to see each other, chat, bring a project to work on and have friends on hand to ask questions when they need help. This fun online gathering, which will be ongoing, includes advice with projects and just “social knitting” for good company too. Knitters and all other fiber artists are invited to attend. Questions? Please Email Jean Hlady, Head of Adult Services/Reference, at firstname.lastname@example.org, and she will make sure you get on the coordinator’s list to receive the Zoom link. Please note that you do not have to have a Zoom account to participate – just an electronic device with a microphone and camera so everyone can see you and share. You might want to download the Zoom app before participating however. If you love knitting, please don’t hesitate to enjoy this program! It is proudly sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library and is free and open to all.
If you want a book that you can take home forever (without worrying about the late fee!), be sure to check out the Milton Public Library bookshop! We have books to suit every reading level and genre preference.Learn more
