In this seasonal talk, Jill Ahlstrand of Harvesting Flavor will explore simple, flavorful ways to cook with fall vegetables such as winter squash, root vegetables, cabbage, kale, garlic, and onions. You’ll learn easy techniques for turning your harvest into satisfying soups, roasted dishes, grain bowls, and other plant-forward meals, along with fresh ideas for bringing more vegetables to the holiday table. Come get inspired to make the most of your fall harvest—whether it came from your own garden, a farmers market, or the grocery store.
