Your first Library card is free. Bring a picture ID and something with proof of your current address to the main desk at the Library.
You can also register online for a temporary card. This will allow you to search the catalog and reserve books.
Yes. You can log into Your Library Account.
Once in you account, you can select ‘Fines’ and you will be prompted to use OCLN’s online bill pay.
You can log into your OCLN account online. From here, you can view your checkouts and holds. You can also renew books online.
You can reserve a book by logging into your OCLN account. Once you are logged in, you can search for books, DVDs, etc. and place holds on items from inside the OCLN network.

The Newsletter provides updates on upcoming programs and events, and highlights what is happening at the Library.
The Friends of the Library provide a number of discounted museum passes for Library users. You can see what we have to offer and reserve passes online.
Passes will need to be picked up at the Library.
The Library offers a number of digital services. They can be found under or Digital Collections tab, or on our e-Resources page.
The easiest way to download books is by using the Library’s Overdrive service. You can log in to Overdrive using your Library card number and your PIN.
You can figure out how to download books with Overdrive’s Getting Started feature.
The Library has a number of public access computers, located on the first and second floor. The computers have internet access and word processing available.
Wireless printing from your own device is also available, but requires onsite registration.
The Library has WiFi access throughout the building. The access is free and there is no log in required.
The Library does NOT have a public fax machine.
The Library does have photocopiers. They are located on the first floor near the Circulation Desk and on the Second Floor. There is a charge for copying.
The Library does have a public scanner. You are able to scan documents to a USB drive or to email. There is no charge for this service.
The Library has two meeting spaces that are available for reservation. For more information about the room sizes, rental costs, and other policies, please check out our Meeting Room Policy.
To put in a room request, you can use our online system.
The Library is pleased to invite applications for exhibitions of artwork to be displayed in the Library Wotiz Gallery.
Applications may be submitted at any time.
