Mindfulness for Wellbeing

Mindfulness for Wellbeing is a workshop offering practical tools for a calmer, more grounded life. Each gathering weaves together discussion, breathwork, meditation, and sound bath, creating space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. No prior experience needed. This meeting’s discussion topic is Understanding Stress and the Mind.

Registration is required and will open 3 weeks prior to the event date.
