During the month of December, the Wotiz Gallery will exhibit the paintings of painter Andrew F. Beliveau. His paintings, done in watercolor or oil, feature many seascapes and landscapes from the East Coast and abroad.

Andy is a retired environmental scientist and analytical chemist with a lifelong passion for the arts. He began painting with oils at the age of 15, but set it aside to pursue a jaunt as a silversmith and jeweler for many years. In 2008, he returned to painting, this time using watercolors, but by 2011 he had resumed working with oil paints at the encouragement of fellow artist Beth Neville. Today, he enjoys working in both mediums, switching between oil paints and watercolors.
