This ongoing program will be a one-hour in person gentle vinyasa flow Yoga class with instructor Marianne Zullas. It is designed to create movement and space in the body. Students will practice breathing techniques, asanas (yoga poses), and will also be introduced to exercises that will open some of the meridian pathways in the body to create a better flow of energy. This class ends with a relaxing guided meditation. The program is appropriate for ages 13 and up, and some knowledge of yoga is recommended, but not required. Space is limited for this enjoyable event. Each student must bring with them a a yoga mat, a blanket, and a water bottle. Masks are optional – it is your choice to make. Additional classes will be offered on Saturdays: October 29th and November 12th, and students may attend one or all, but they do need to sign up individually for each one here at our events list when registration is open. These programs are not cumulative and there is no virtual option for them.
