TIME:LOL Entertainment is tipping its hat to a brand-new event that will have our audience members head-over-heels with excitement! Presenter Lori Pires will give a captivating presentation called: “The History of Hats” this afternoon in our Keys Community Room starting at 3 PM. Lori has been covering the world of headware for over 12 years, and with a collection over 500 hats, she’s got a story (or forty!) to share. Come see what people (some quite sensible and others very eccentric and unconventional…) have created over the years to wear on their heads..!
From work hats to military caps, ball caps to bonnets, Lori takes the audience on an entertaining and informative journey through history, culture, and fashion. It’s not a fashion show, but she promises it’s a hat-tastic time!
What to expect: A lively, engaging program featuring 40 unique hats, and surprising history, fascinating facts, and a few laughs along the way.
